Homework

E-mail Print PDF

Homework is given on a daily basis (Monday – Friday) as a reinforcement of daily lessons so as to provide practice in concepts being taught. Parents are expected to offer positive support to their children in this area.

Pupils in Years 2-11 have homework diaries in which a record of the homework/assignments to be done is kept. Parents will be informed if their children do not regularly complete homework.

Children should be provided with a quiet place to work without distractions. They should be encouraged to complete homework conscientiously. Pupils of any age are encouraged to seek advice from the teachers if they do nut understand the homework given.
