Our Objectives

  1.  Positive reinforcement for good behaviour.
  2. Explain reasoning behind strategies to children and adults.
  3. Follow through warnings and consequences for actions (mean what we say!)
  4. Deal in a consistent manner with each child.
  5. If appropriate we will discuss strategies and share information to deal with a particular child.
  6. Inform and involve parents if there are concerns about behaviour.
  7. Develop together with parents individual education plans for children with severe behaviour problems.
  8. Promote international understanding and co-operation amongst persons of diverse race, culture and country.
